Excellent service from Cyrus. This is our 2nd Kyocera printer supplied by Global Document Solutions and we have been extremely happy with the printer and the service. The first one got worked to death but was issue free until its dying breath. We recently contacted Cyrus from GDS for a new photocopier. We set the criteria for the new machine which Cyrus was able to exceed and offered us a very competitive plan. Cyrus kept us informed of delivery, even during the period of cyclone Alfred. When there was a delay due to floods, Cyrus offered us assistance with our copy requirements until the new machine was delivered. The new machine is a brilliant addition to our organisation. Hi..I am in a busy orthodontist clinic and printing and scanning are vital.
