Global Document Solutions leases multifunction printers, copiers and scanners to businesses across Australia.
We have done it from the same Queensland base since 2010, and we are still Australian owned.
When a machine stops, you ring the same team that installed it.
Within your plan page allowance, paper is the only thing you buy again.
How we work
What happens when you ask us for a figure.
You deal with the same team from the first figure to the last service call.
You tell us what you print
Rough monthly page counts are enough to price it.
You do not need financial documents or a site visit to get a number.
We size the machine
We match your volume and your finishing needs to a machine we stock and service ourselves.
We lease Kyocera, HP, Toshiba and OKI, so the recommendation follows the job.
You get one figure in writing
The quote usually comes back within one business day.
It shows the monthly page allowance and the rate for anything above it, before you sign.
We install it and look after it
Most offices go from accepted quote to working device in 5 to 15 business days.
After that the toner, parts, servicing and call outs are our problem, not yours.

At the end of the fixed term the agreement simply runs month to month until you return the machine.
You can tell us whenever you like, so there is no notice window to miss.
What happens if I need to end the lease early?
The early termination amount is set out in plain English in the agreement.
It covers any outstanding amounts, the remaining future payments and reasonable recovery costs.
That wording is in the agreement you read before you sign, not somewhere you find out later.
Can you check the contract I am already in?
Send us your current invoice or the quote you have been given.
We come back in writing with a line by line comparison covering the device, toner, parts, service labour, call outs, freight, install, excess page pricing and end of term obligations.
If we are not the better deal line for line, we tell you that.
