Service commitments · Australia wide

What we commit to, written down before you sign.

Most suppliers tell you they look after you.

This page sets out what that actually means, so you can hold us to it.

Australian owned since 2010.

Sales and service in every state.

The short version

One provider, one monthly figure, one number to ring.

You deal with the same team from the first quote to the last service call.

  1. Day 0

    You make contact

Lines open 8.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.

  2. Within 24 hours

    A written figure

The allowance and the excess rate are both on it.

  3. 5 to 15 business days

    Installed and working

Delivered, set up and configured before we leave.

  4. End of term

    You choose

    Nothing renews on its own.

Included the whole way, year one to year five

Cover does not taper off in the later years, and within your page allowance paper is the only thing you buy again.

  • Toner
  • Parts and drums
  • Labour and call outs
  • Five year warranty
The same commitments apply from the first call to the day the term ends.

Getting a figure

  1. 01

    We answer during business hours

Our lines are open 8.30am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, AEST.

A message left outside those hours is answered the next business day.

  2. 02

A written figure comes back within 24 hours

You do not need financial documents or a site visit to get a number.

Rough monthly page counts are enough for us to price it properly.

  3. 03

The quote shows the allowance and the excess rate

Your monthly page allowance is written on the quote.

So is the rate for anything above it, for black and for colour.

Four things are written on the quote, so there is no rate you have not already seen.

Installation

  1. 01

Most offices go live in 5 to 15 business days

That is measured from the day you accept the quote to a working device on your floor.

Larger changeovers are staged so no team loses printing on the same day.

  2. 02

We deliver, install and set it up

Delivery and setup sit inside your monthly figure.

Scanning destinations, print drivers and finishing options are configured before we leave.

Most offices land inside this window.

Service and support

  1. 01

You ring the team that installed it

There is no separate service desk and no ticket queue to work through first.

Call 1300 873 460 for national enquiries and service bookings.

  2. 02

We have technicians on the ground in every state

We do not run a single interstate depot that everything travels from.

Attendance is usually next day right across Australia.

  3. 03

Toner, parts, labour and call outs are already paid for

Drums, fusers, rollers and travel sit inside the monthly figure.

Within your page allowance, paper is the only thing you buy again.

  4. 04

Your specific response times go in your agreement

Sites with heavier volumes or multiple locations often need tighter targets than our standard attendance.

Ask for those to be written into the agreement and we will put them there before you sign. The same applies to data handling and device security. See what to ask any print supplier about security.

A pin marks each state we have technicians in.

Technicians are based in every state rather than one interstate depot, which is why attendance is usually next day.

The part most people forget

End of term

  1. 01

    Nothing renews on its own

There is no automatic rollover waiting at the end of your term.

The term ends when it ends, and you decide what happens next.

  2. 02

    You choose the next step

Upgrade the machine, extend on the same terms, or hand it back.

We will tell you which option costs least for the way you actually print.

  3. 03

The five year warranty runs the whole way

Cover does not taper off in the later years of the agreement.

A machine in year four is supported exactly as it was in year one.

Nothing renews on its own. The term ends when it ends.

  • Upgrade the machine

Move to a newer device and start a fresh term.

  • Extend on the same terms

Keep the device you have, on the figure you already know.

  • Hand it back

Return the machine and walk away with nothing owing.

Three ways a term can end, and we will tell you which one costs least for the way you actually print.
