What printer does a real estate agency need?
An A3 colour printer that also copies and scans, sized to how much your campaigns print.
Most agencies want scanning to email, cloud storage, double sided printing and enough paper that a brochure run doesn’t empty every tray mid job.
We size it against what you actually print, and put that in writing before you sign.
Can we put every branch on one agreement?
Yes.
One agreement covers head office and every branch, with one monthly figure, one invoice and one number to call.

What does colour cost on a lease?
Colour sits inside your monthly figure up to your page allowance.
Past the allowance you pay the per page rate on the extra pages only.
That rate is written on your quote before you sign.

What happens when we open another office?
It joins the agreement mid term.
A machine of the same size goes in on the same terms and the same renewal date as the rest of the group.
Is leasing cheaper than buying our machines outright?
It depends on your volumes and how long you keep equipment.
A lease swaps a large up front purchase for one monthly figure with toner, parts and service folded in.
If buying outright suits your group better, we will tell you.
What if a machine goes down in campaign season?
You call one number and service is booked, typically within one business day.
Because cover sits inside the monthly figure, the technician’s visit doesn’t become an extra invoice.
Does it print A3 floor plans at full size?
Yes.
An A3 machine prints the full A3 sheet, so a plan set at 1:100 comes out at 1:100.
Do we have to leave our current provider all at once?
No.
Groups usually move office by office as each existing deal ends.
We write the quote around those renewal dates, so you never pay two suppliers for the same month.
